Returns
All purchases are subject to exchange for store credit via electronic gift card, we do not do exchanges. All merchandise must be returned within 7 days of delivery or it will not be accepted. All Live Sale purchases are final. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
We do offer refunds if you’re one of a kind item is damaged during shipping and cannot be replaced or repaired. Please let us know about the damage within 24 hours of receiving it. If it is a replaceable item, then we will happily replace it or send for repair.
Items sold at DISCOUNTED prices or on SALE are NOT eligible for , exchange or store credit & are “final sales”. This means no refunds or exchanges on sale items. ALL OLD PAWN AND VINTAGE PIECES ARE SOLD AS IS, we will not repair or accept returns on these pieces.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at skyhawkranch@cruzio.com and send your item to: Skyhawk Ranch 320 Bronco Rd. Soquel, CA 95073If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a gift card to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We accept no liability for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. These are fragile/handmade pieces please do not ship them unprotected. *Please, please, please DO NOT send your return in an envelope or bag. These returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. When applicable, any additional packaging, shipping, and insurance costs will be deducted from your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service with USPS, UPS etc. or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All old pawn and vintage pieces are sold as is.

ALL SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return. This includes holiday sales and flash sale promotions
Cancellations
Request to cancel an order must be done within 30 minutes of purchase.
We tend to ship very quickly. If we ship your order between the time you request the cancelation we will be unable to cancel your order. Orders can only be canceled prior to shipping. Once the order has shipped it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return according to our return policy.
Route Shipping Insurance
Skyhawk Ranch recommends Route Shipping Protection, offered in your cart, to insure your packages against loss, theft, or damage during shipping. Due to the volume of our shipping, we cannot insure all packages and cannot be responsible for items after they have been delivered to the United States Postal Service. If you opt-out of the Route shipping insurance your order is not protected against damage, loss, or theft. We are not responsible for lost packages or damaged orders, please insure your order. If you have any questions regarding insurance please email us prior to submitting your order.

If you opt-out of Route package protection and your package is lost/stolen/damaged we cannot help you recover the package and you must attempt recovery through USPS.
